Who we are
At East End Home Care Limited, we provide personal care and support to adults and children in their own homes across East London.
We are a local provider dedicated to delivering safe, reliable and thoughtful care tailored to your individual needs. Our leadership team brings over 15 years of experience in the care sector, managing high-performing services aligned with Care Quality Commission standards. This expertise ensures every care package is delivered with professionalism, consistency and respect.

How we work
Dedicated carers and consistency
We know how comforting it is to see a familiar face. We maintain consistency by allocating specific, dedicated carers to support each client, so you always receive care from people you know and trust. We also plan our visits locally, helping our carers arrive punctually and spend quality time with you without rushing. Having consistent carers builds genuine trust, which is especially important for children and people living with dementia.
Personalised care plans
Before care begins, we sit down with you to agree on a clear care plan. This sets out the exact support you will receive during each visit, tailored to your daily routines and personal preferences. You and your family will always have a copy. To make sure your care keeps pace with your needs, we review care plans at least every six months, or sooner if anything changes.
Safe, trusted care staff
Your safety and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do. Before joining us, every member of our team undergoes thorough checks, including an enhanced DBS check, professional references and right to work checks. Carers who support children are also checked against the children's barred list.
Full training and competence
Our carers complete a comprehensive induction training programme and work towards the Care Certificate. We strictly ensure that no carer undertakes any task, such as medication support or assistance with mobility, until they have been properly trained and assessed as competent.
Openness and honesty
We believe in complete transparency and operate under a statutory duty of candour. If something ever does not go as planned, we will let you know straight away, apologise, and explain the steps we are taking to put things right. We also have a clear, simple complaints process so your voice is always heard.
Careers in care
We are recruiting Care Support Workers across East London. Full training is provided, along with support to complete the Care Certificate. Previous care experience is welcome but is not essential.
